General TV Channel / SMtv San Marino is the television station of SMtv San Marino, the national public service broadcaster of San Marino, an enclaved microstate surrounded by Italy. The channel mostly shows self-produced entertainment programming. It is also part of Eurovision Network (broadcasting the Eurovision Song Contest) and the Italian television syndication K2.

It also offers a Teletext service entitled, San Marino Video. SMtv San Marino also is responsible for the Sammarinese participation in the Eurovision Song Contest. They debuted in 2008 with Miodio and placed last in the first semifinal, getting five points. After RAI, SMRTV also announced its comeback in the Eurovision Song Contest 2011. It reached the Grand final in 2014 with Valentina Monetta’s song Maybe.

San Marino Rtv, concessionaria pubblica del servizio radiotelevisivo della Repubblica di San Marino, viene costituita nell’agosto del 1991 con un capitale sociale sottoscritto al 50% da ERAS (Ente per la Radiodiffusione Sammarinese) e al 50% RAI. San Marino RTV è visibile in tutta Italia sul canale 831 del digitale terrestre e, attraverso la piattaforma satellitare Eutelsat, su Sky (CH 520) e TvSat (CH 93). Il network comprende anche Rtv sport (CH 93), due canali radio (Radio San Marino 102.7 e Radio San Marino Classic103.2), il sito web (www.sanmarinortv.sm), l’App e un profilo su tutti i social network.
