Entertainment TV Channel / Stereo + Ltd was founded in 2002 by David Zilfimian, Marco Couplett, Zurab Chelidze and Vakhtang Chkuaseli. Currently, 50% of the company is owned by David Zilfimian, while the other half is Italian citizen Luca Severin. The company’s main activity is the organization and production of TV and radio broadcasting, creation and operation of broadcasting and communication networks. In July 2014, Stereo + has won the competition for the use of radiofrequency spectrum licenses to secure digital terrestrial television network and another major direction of its operation is to build a digital terrestrial television network and provide digital broadcasting.
