General TV Channel / Television Mundo is a television channel of the South of Peru, with studies and transmitting plants located in Cusco and Arequipa, being issued a totally differentiated programming for each city. The company was founded in 1984 with the launch of Radio Mundo 870 AM in the city of Cusco.

It was founded by Mr. Valentino Olivera and his wife, Mrs. Leonor Mogrovejo. Fourteen years later, in 1998 they made the leap to television through Channel 21, becoming the first Cusco television station to broadcast their signal in the UHF band.
