General TV Channel / Promociones Telemaracay C.A., better known as TVS, is a private regional television channel based in the Venezuelan city of Maracay. It was founded by the late businessman Filippo Sindoni.

The television channel broadcasts in an open signal through channel 32 of the UHF band, it was part of the strategic alliance called Toda Venezuela Really (TVR) made up of 6 other Venezuelan regional channels until 2016 when TLT acquired the latter channel. At present, its signal is also received in subscription television systems via cable, in the central region of Venezuela.
