General TV Channel / AlfaTV is a Finnish-funded TV channel that began operating on 1 October 2012 under BC-TV and changed its name to AlfaTV on 1 December 2013. AlfaTV is owned by Brilliance Communications Oy . The company owns private individuals and no single promoter is found behind it.

AlfaTV broadcasts movies, entertainment, culture, and topical, case and theme programs. It builds its daily software for a few hours on the program block. The channel will broadcast the program at 7-12 and prime time at 19:00. AlfaTV announces that it is widely accepted by the various target groups, especially the 55+ target groups.
